The terms and conditions for our February 2021 offer are as follows:


Hearing assessment 

Free hearing assessment offer is available at all Hearing Care Centre locations across Suffolk and Norfolk. Appointments must be booked before February 28th 2021.

Normal hearing assessment price is £30.

You are not eligible if you have had a free hearing test with THCC within the past 12 months. Over 18’s only.

 

No obligation free trial 

If you proceed with a hearing system prescription, there is a trial period of 30 days from the date of your fitting, during which time you can return the hearing instrument(s), even though they are satisfactory quality and correctly prescribed, providing that they are returned in their original condition and with the original packaging.

We will offer you a full refund of the cost of your hearing system, including any custom made products. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of you returning the equipment to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Offer valid on orders placed between February1st -28th 2021.
